Customers Fault Description : Remote controller doesn't work , not connecting to fireplace. Doesn't work even after changing battery
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire place remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation at the required 433.92Mhz (see image)
It is thought that the issue is with the receiver.
