Customers Fault Description : need cables replacing
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These wired chair remotes arrived safely and on inspection all had badly damaged cables and worn button contacts. Replacement straight cables were fitted replacement conductive pads glued into place. One remote also had a blown LED which was replaced.
