Light turning on but not talking to fan
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation.
The codeset being transmitted was confirmed to be correct for this remote type (see image).
The remote was tested at random intervals over a 2 day period with no fault being replicated.
It is thought that either the remote requires pairing with the receiver again or it may be a fault with the receiver itself.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
