Hi spoke with you this morning remote is not working no lights or sound.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Truma remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

When opened the shaft for the internal switch was found to have broken off.  A replacement switch weas fitted which restored full functionality.
