Slab 30 Brilliant fire Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Small black cable in the back of the remote is disconnected

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have faulty buttons and a damaged battery cable.  All buttons and the cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
