Beninca TO.GO Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : When the black buttons are clicked, it lights up however, the gate does not open. The remote fell a couple times and since then it hasn't been working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Gate remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent.
On opening there was a few corrosion spots in the print from contamination (see image). The print was cleaned up and reworked. One of the buttons was also replaced as there was a resistance across its pins.
When tested the remote then was consistent and a strong RF signal was present (see image).
Customer contacted us to say it lights up but does not effect the gate, the customer is to try to pair the remote with the receiver again as the remote was tested and confirmed to transmit a strong RF signal (we cannot test the pairing or code being transmitted as this is a security feature of the remote receiver pairing)
