Purple line Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Purple line

Customers Fault Description : The remote control doesn't turn on and it can't pair to the motor mover.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Luton and on testing was found to not respond to its double power button press.

This was found to be due to a faulty LED, once replaced the remote would power up every time the power button was double pressed.

The directional buttons were then tested and 4 of them were sluggish / non responsive, all 6 direction buttons were replaced. 

A strong RF signal is present when tested.
