Cardale Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Cardale

Customers Fault Description : Remote got wet and now does not work - have dried it out and changed the batteries.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Garage door remote handset arrived safely from Haslingden and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.

The signal was confirmed to be correct at 433Mhz.  As the signal is present this item, has been classed as no fault found.

It may be that the remote requires pairing with the receiver again, this is something we cannot do remotely as it needs to be in the vicinity of the receiver itself.
