Ryno mmr3 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The handset turns on and moves about 2feet then stops. All lights are on the handset and it has a new battery in the handset plus the leisure battery was fully charged.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Caravan auto mover handset arrived safely from Knaresborough and on testing was initially found to not power on properly, this was due to a tiny crack in the print. This was reworked which then restored power.
On further testing the RF signal was found to be consistent and strong on each button press. It is thought that the customers fault is most likely a loose connection in the receiver itself and the motion of the caravan is making the connection go open circuit effectively halting the motion.
We are not charging for a repair in this case as the remote is transmitting fine and the issue is thought to be the receiver.
The customer is to test the remote with a brand new quality battery on return.
