Velux Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Velux

Customers Fault Description : Screen not showing any text. Back-light seems to work indicating power ok, but no function from device.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a blank display.  A replacement display was fitted which restored full functionality.
