Customer's Fault Description
At end where controller plugs into the bed, the internal wires are showing where the outer casing has pulled/stretched/other. Need internal wires not to show.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This profiling bed remote control arrived safely and on inspection the inner core wires are showing at the plug end of the cable.
After further inspection the cable was found to have further damage within the curly part. Due to this the entire cable was required to be replaced.
A replacement straight cable was fitted.
