The charging port on the circuit board has become dislodged
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This TV lift remote control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a broken charge port with print damage.

A replacement charge port was fitted and then hot glued to reinforce the port due to the damage print.

Full functionality was restored.  It is important to be careful with this item when plugging it in as the port will never be as sturdy as factory fitted due to the damaged print.
