Orbitsound Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Orbitsound
Customers Fault Description : Remote doesn't function even with new battery. The soundbar is connected to my Panasonic smart TV and I can control the volume level using the Sky Q box remote, however I can't adjust the bass and treble settings for the soundbar.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Soundbar remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
The remote was tested over a 2 day period at random intervals with no issue being replicated.
The code being transmitted was tested as correct and consistent on each button press.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
