Velux Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No power on remote and no battery cover
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
Velux window remote control arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover and had suffered a battery leak.
The rusted battery terminals were replaced which restored full functionality and then a replacement battery cover was supplied as a spare was handy.
The display does seem to be in a foreign language, we do not alter the programming of the remote in any way, therefore if the language is incorrect the customer well be required to reset the remote.
