Firmamatic Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Red light on all the time, garage door goes up and down

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Garage door remote arrived safely and on testing the buttons were found to have a resistance across its contacts.

All found buttons were replaced and then the remote tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with not issue being found.
