Customer's Fault Description
There was a battery leak. The area has been cleaned but none of the buttons are working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This CD Receiver remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation.

There was a small amount of surface rust on one of the terminals which "might" have caused an issue, this was etched clean. 

The remote was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.

This item has been classed as no fault found.
