Became intermittent and now dead. Have tried changing battery etc
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Cooker hood controller for a Weston stratus compact arrived safely and on testing was dead.
The terminals were corroded from a battery leak, these were etched clean then recoated. This restored partial functionality. There was also contamination over a few of the SMD components that was causing and intermittent power issue. The PCB was cleared of all contaminants and solder reflowed on the effected components.
Full functionality was restored.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
