Slab 16 Brilliant Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Slab 16

Customers Fault Description : No buttons working. Fitted new battery pack to gas fire today and switched on the fire using the internal horizontal slim manual control without any problem.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.
The code being transmitted was confirmed to be correct.
The remote was tested over a 2 day period without any issue being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue is thought to be with the receiver itself.
