Customers Fault Description : wire broken and not working when connected to armchair
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable. Also some of the mountings for the case were broken internally.
A replacement straight cable was fitted and then the case fitted together using hot glue and the seam sealed with UPVC tape.
