Customer's Fault Description
Screen freezes with no damage to the lcd screen. Once the batteries had run out and were replaced with new batteries, the device has been temperamental.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Window Control arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent power. This was due to the battery terminals being loose.
The terminals were reworked and reinforced using solder, this restored full functionality.
