Two units of remote control not response to extractor, no idea what's wrong?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Caple Ceiling Hoods Model CE1101 remote control arrived safely and on inspection the fixing screws on one of the remote were damaged, replacement cases cannot be supplied as spare are not available.
On testin g both remtoes were found to be transmitting as per normal on each buttopn press (see image).
It is possible that the receiver is at fault or it may be that the remotes need pairing with the receiver again (this is something we cannot do remotely). Information can be found at Microsoft Word - RXx2177 PT.doc (nothnagel-haustechnik.de)
