Powrwheel Powrtouch Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Powrwheel Powrtouch

Customers Fault Description : Handset was only working one motor mover, causing the caravan to spin 360’. It has since stopped working completely

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing the directional buttons were non responsive, also the battery cable was damaged.

When peeling the button facia apart one of the buttons was found to have contamination over its contacts (see image).

The contacts were all cleared of contaminants and then the battery cable replaced.  Full functionality was restored.
