Customer's Fault Description
Wires appear to be protruding out of end of control and loose, remote not working. Also slight damage to cable at opposite end.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bed remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a small crack in the plastic cover to the display, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
The cable was badly damaged, a replacement straight cable was fitted and the button contacts cleaned.
