Customer's Fault Description
Only ONE of the SIX buttons is working - from memory I think it is the one that LOWERS the legs.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Bed Remote Controller arrived safely and on inspection the PCB and button array was found to be covered in a yellow liquid (see image).

This was causing the buttons to be non responsive / sluggish.  All contaminants were removed and switch cleaner / deoxit used to replenish the button response.
