The following buttons have stopped working:head,foot,speed up, speed down and right massage on/off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Wireless remote for an adjustable Tempur bed arrived safely and on inspection was found to have the clip on the battery cover missing, this cannot be replaced and doesn't effect functionality. On testing was confirmed to have many non functioning / sluggish buttons.
When opened the reason was found to be due to a large amount o0f sticky liquid contamination over the PCB and button contacts. The button pads and PCB were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
