Sherborne Rise Recliner Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Sherborne Rise Recliner

Customers Fault Description : The white reset button and the top left button do not appear to be working. All other buttons seem fine. I a not sure if it is the remote but given all the other buttons work I think this is the most likely problem

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This rise recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection there was a resistance across the contacts of the buttons.

The contacts were etched clean and then switch cleaner used to deoxidise the contacts.

This eliminated the resistance across the buttons.
