Customers Fault Description : the part where the batteries go new batteries are not connecting
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire remote arrived safely and on inspeciton the terminals had dislodged and sunk into the remotes housing making a power connection not possible.
The terminals were refitted and reinforced using hot glue. Full functionality was restored.
