Cartec Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : nothing working tried battery/ been to you before for repair a very long time ago

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This brake roller remote control arrived safely and on testing was dead.

When opened there were two issues, the LED was cracked and one of the IR led was broken.  Both were replaced which restored full functionality.
