Customers Fault Description : The remote control works intermittently

This Recliner chair remote control arrived safely and on inspection one of the buttons was slightly worn but other than that the remote tested as ok.
After talking to the customer it was decided to carry out a full service as a precaution. Replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons. The top centre LED was replaced and a long replacement straight cable was fitted (this allows the customer to bypass the extension cable which could also be the cause of the issue).
