Customers Fault Description : Completely dead
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Hydraulic legs remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead. The internal battery pack was totally drained.
After talking to the customer it was concluded to replace the battery as it is not known if the battery was damaged or if the customers charger was not charging (we do not have a suitable charger for this item). A replacement battery was ordered and fitted. The remote was then found to function as normal.
This customer is to test the item on return with their charger (the installed battery is currently about 2 thirds full), if this does not charge the battery then unfortunately it means that the charger is at fault (we do not repair chargers nor can replace them)
