Customer's Fault Description
The control was working intermittently and the light would light up intermittently for several weeks but then it stopped working altogether. My chair is 12 years old but perfectly usable if the hand control would work. No buttons work on the hand control now
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dual motor rise recliner hand control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a daamaged inner wire on the remote entry point.
The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the break. The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
