Customer's Fault Description
Will not ignite fire - batteries have been checked and a similar remote works therefore remote is at fault not fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal on any button press.

A replacement PCB was fitted which restored full functionality.
