Customers Fault Description : new battery but no light, no movement in the caravan mover

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to a faulty battery cable.  Once a replacement was fitted full functionality was restored.
