Glow worm Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Glow worm

Customers Fault Description : Temperature showing is 30c which means the heating will not function as the temperature will never reach the limit.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Climapro 2 remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous temperature reading.

This was due to a faulty thermistor, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
