Customer's Fault Description
Turns on after a while (a struggle) then doesn’t engage with mover. Has had damage by leaving battery in.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor mover remote arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover.

On testing the remote would not power up.  This was due to worn button ocntacts, replacement ocnductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.  The terminals also had signs of a battery leak, the terminals were cleaned up then the bridging wires replaced as a precaution.

A replacement cover was fitted from a scrapper (its not perfect but new covers are not available as spares)
