Customers Fault Description : LED does not light even with new battery
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Awning remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery housing was found to have a bent terminal. This is most likely from the battery being inserted upside down.
The terminal was reworked which restored full functionality (see image)
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
