Dunlopillo Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Requires a full overhaul - rewire and check.

This Auto Bed Control Unit arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.
A replacement black straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the white curly kind). Also the button contacts were worn, so they were cut off and replacement pads glued under each of the buttons.
When the internal batteries were removed one was found to have started to leak and the other fell apart. The customer will need to replaced these two batteries on return (2 * PP3). It is recommended to only use quality batteries such as Duracell to lessen the risk of a battery leak / damage.
