Customer's Fault Description
3 remotes seem to of stopped working not transmitting to the garage doors
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These three Security door remote controls arrived safely and on testing all three were found to be transmitting on each button press as normal.
A strong RF signal at 433.92Mhz was present and the codeset being transmitted was confirmed to be correct for this model of remote.
All remotes have been classed as no fault found and it is possible that either the receiver is faulty OR the remotes may simply need pairing with the receiver again, this is something we cannot do here as they need to be in the vicinity of the receiver for programming.
