Customer's Fault Description
controller dropped onto hard surface and part of casing broken. fitted back together and LED flashes as it should but door does not respond. Tried reprogramming from my other remote but no joy.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage Door remote controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged case.
When testing the remote was found to be transmitting at 868Mhz as per normal operation with a good strong signal. As it is transmitting this item is classed as no fault found. The one thing we cannot test is the secret code that is required to pair with the receiver.
