Customers Fault Description : Remote not working at all despite new batteries installed

This Toy parrot remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation. The code being send was tested to be correct.
The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
Testing was then carried out at random times over a 3 day period with no issues being found.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
