Motocaddy s7 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The remote as stopped working when you press buttons new batteries were put in no green or red light. Come on when buttons are pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This golf troley remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a green light permanantly without any button being pressed. This was due to the button array having shorted contacts. The right button has signs of internal decomposition.
Unfortunately replacement button facias are not available as spares which has made a repair not possible.
As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
