Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Battery cable needs replacing also voltage regulator needs replaced as battery is always showing low even with new battery put in.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty regulator and also the battery cable was confirmed to be damaged.
Both the regulator and battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
