Warmlite Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Warmlite
Customers Fault Description : The remote does not turn on at all so can't turn on the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Fire place controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to one of the terminals being rusted which was causing a resistance to the power.
The terminal was etched clean and treated to restore full conductivity, full functionality was restored.
