Customer's Fault Description
The up an down menu keys and round open/close close buttons don't work. I am unable to select menu items and can open but not close windows due to faulty buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely and on testing the entire middle column of buttons were non responsive, this was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
