Velux 3LR A01 WW Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The up an down menu keys and round open/close close buttons don't work. I am unable to select menu items and can open but not close windows due to faulty buttons.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely and on testing the entire middle column of buttons were non responsive, this was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
