Customer's Fault Description
One of the controllers buttons as marked does not work. I have sent the other to check that it is working correctly
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two remotes arrived safely and on inspection both were found to have contaminated button contacts (see images).
The PCB and button pads were cleared of all contaminants and then deoxit used to protect the contacts.
The rest of the remotes components were tested as ok.
