Dimplex RC01-022 (RC01-008 - Variant) Remote Repair Details

Model : RC01-022 (RC01-008 - Variant)

Customers Fault Description : unable to switch on fire with remote. new batteries make no difference. the ire is 10 years old.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to a small break in the print around the oscillator.   The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
