Customer's Fault Description
The only thing on the remote that seems to work is the time and we cant even set that. Nothing else works.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to power on and send a signal but some of the buttons were non responsive.
On opening this was found to be due to corrosion in the print from a battery leak (see image). The print was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
