Arcam Solo Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Arcam

Customers Fault Description : On/ off Channel selection

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Arcam remote control arrived safely and on testing the power and channel 1 to 7 buttons were all non responsive.

This was found to be due to a tiny crack in the print.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
