Customer's Fault Description
Buttons on right hand side of controller not responding. The fire ignites when pressing the ‘on’ button together with the ‘up’ button (goes through lighting sequence) and the ‘programme mode responds (bottom left).
Can’t turn flame up or down and I believe the rear burner not lighting.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing the display was found to have slightly dimmed elements but more importantly the majority of the buttons were non responsive.
Unfortunately the button array on these remotes is inbuilt to the PCB which sadly makes a repair not possible.
This remote was disposed of as per the sites terms 7th Jan 2025
