Emove EM303A Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Will not turn on - no green light or blue light or beep when turning handset to on. Have tried replacing the 9v battery with a new battery (twice - incase we were unlucky with one 9v battery) and handset still won’t turn on

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. When the battery cable was move the remote would power up intermittently.

A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
