Customer's Fault Description
Will not turn on - no green light or blue light or beep when turning handset to on. Have tried replacing the 9v battery with a new battery (twice - incase we were unlucky with one 9v battery) and handset still won’t turn on
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. When the battery cable was move the remote would power up intermittently.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
